Ward 5 at HRI recently held their Christmas raffle draw, marking the final stage of the team's festive fundraising for this year.

Tickets were sold to colleagues, patients and visitors for a raffle which included five festive prizes. Thanks to the generosity of our hospital community, more than 100 tickets were sold.

The fundraiser was organised by Engagement and Care Support Workers, Nichola Wrigley and Marek Rathbone-Kwiecien. Both coordinators worked tirelessly to deliver a truly heart-warming initiative during one of the busiest periods on the ward.

The funds raised from the raffle meant Nichola could ensure that all patients received presents on Christmas day.

The Ward 5 team would like to thank everyone who donated, purchased tickets, and supported the event. Your kindness is helping to bring festive cheer to patients and colleagues alike. All donations and raffle prizes were kindly contributed by the incredible Ward 5 team.
