Employers Procedures for Diagnostic Use of X-Rays Policy

• Amendment of Appendix 2 and 4 to explicitly include Mammography Radiographers.
• Amendment of reference to Datix to new InPhase system.
• Inclusion of: carrying out of clinical audit to EP8.
• Inclusion of making, amending, and cancelling referrals for exposure to EP 4.
• Inclusion of software versions within equipment inventory to EP 21.
• Update referencing to the revised IRMER 2024.
