We understand that colleagues may want to source small gifts for patients during the festive period. 

Here is a guide for colleagues (the document below can also be used):

• Fundraise - organise a fundraising activity to help raise the required funds. Our fundraising team are on hand to help - this could be a bake sale, a raffle or a tombola.
• Source gifts in kind - you will need a letter of authority from CHFT Charity prior to sourcing any gifts in kind from local organisations and businesses
• Purchase gifts using charitable funds - in order to purchase gifts, compete a Funding Request Form. The deadline for requesting funds is Friday 19 December (please arrange for one submission only per area - thank you)
• Accepting donated items and Gifts in Kind - these donations should be treated in the same way as monetary donations. Please receipt all donations by completing a Donation Acceptance Form.
