To help us understand more about the findings and learnings of incidents, from this coming Wednesday, 10th December, two fields will become mandatory in the ‘Awaiting Final Approval’ stage of incidents in InPhase.

Colleagues will be required to complete both the Findings and Outcomes field and Lessons Learned field before the incident can be ‘Finally Approved’.
