If you need to contact the IT Service Desk there are two ways to get in touch with the team.

By phone:

  • Call 01484 342600 or ext. 2600 internally. Please check with your service provider if using a mobile phone.
  • Service Desk colleagues are at the end of a phone Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00.

Online:

  • Login using the Service Desk icon from your desktop (see main image) or by visiting remedy.this.nhs.uk 
  • To login, use the same user name and password that you use to access your CHFT account.
