The West Yorkshire Partnership Fellowship Programme is an award-winning leadership development programme for colleagues from ethnically diverse communities within the Health and Care sector.

More than 80% of past participants have been promoted within six months of completing the programme. They have access to coaching, mentoring, action learning sets and a versatile Continuing Professional Development budget.
