Our online ordering platform for community equipment for loan stores is having an upgrade early next month.
The Transforming Community Equipment Services (TCES) system will move to the latest version on Thursday 1st June.
It will bring an updated look and feel to the system, while retaining the same functionality colleagues are familiar with when ordering equipment.
To ensure a smooth transition, the system providers will lead training sessions on Wednesday 24th May and we are looking for superusers already familiar with the ordering process to help colleagues with the transition, as well as more colleagues who might want to volunteer to support.
For all other users, the new system will provide mandatory guided walkthroughs the first time you log in to the new version. This will help you to quickly adapt to the changes and continue using the system without any disruption.
During the transition period, you will have the option to switch between the old and new versions of TCES Community.
