Our Health and Safety Team is looking for a Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Champion from each ward or area.

Champions are invited to attend a short 30-minute training session which will cover:

• The role and responsibilities of a COSHH Champion
• How to access the required information
• A walk-through of a good example of a COSHH folder
• Guidance on the documents that need to be printed and maintained for each area

Dates and locations:

• Monday, 24th November, HRI Learning Centre Forum 2
• Monday, 1st December, HRI Learning Centre Forum 2
• Friday, 12th December, CRH Learning Centre Room 5

Times:

• Sessions will run every 30 minutes between 09:00 and 15:00 (excluding 12:00–13:00 for lunch)

No booking is required – just turn up on the day and meet our friendly Health and Safety Team.
