We’re asking colleagues who haven’t yet filled out their NHS Staff Survey to take 10 minutes today to have their say, as you will see your final email reminders landing in email inboxes today. The survey closes this coming Friday, 28th November, and is your chance to tell us anonymously what it is like to work at CHFT.

Almost half our colleagues have filled out the survey so far. A huge thank you to those, and to everyone who has supported each other to take the time to do so.

We know colleagues are busy and it might feel like a long time to take out of your day. But what you tell us really does help us make things better.

Director of Operations, Families and Specialist Services, Sarah Clenton, said: “In our division we are also so close to having 50% of our colleagues letting us know how it feels to work here. We will be doing one last final push to encourage people to give each other a few minutes out of their day this week to fill out the survey.

“It is so important for us to hear from our colleagues. We know it is hard out there for our teams right now. But I want our colleagues to know that what you tell us in the survey will help us make a difference to how it feels for the long term.”

Pictured are colleagues from Radiology, where response rates are sitting at more than 51%.

Remember that colleagues are also in with the chance of winning a £50 voucher for filling out the survey. There will be one £50 winner drawn this week, and after the survey closes, one lucky colleague will win £200 in vouchers. The draw is for CHFT colleagues who complete the survey and drawn by iQvia who are running the confidential survey for our Trust this year.
