Early next year our Workforce and Organisational Development (WOD) Team will launch a brand-new Virtual People Assistant to run alongside refreshed intranet pages. The aim is to help make everyday workforce related tasks easier and faster for colleagues.

And at a People Digital Hot House, held last week, they shared more on the exciting plans for our people digital journey.

WOD Business Manager, Adam Matthews, said: “It was fantastic to share more on our plans and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Colleagues told us they were excited about the developments and how it would dramatically reduce time for them when trying to find information.”

“Colleagues won’t need to be ‘tech-savvy’ to benefit as we’ll provide clear instructions and personal help whenever they need it.

“Our intranet pages will become known as our People Knowledge Hub, bringing together guidance and resources in one place. This will make finding the right information faster and simpler than ever before. And our new Virtual People Assistant will be your go-to digital colleague for all things people-related.”
