People who use the wheelchair service in Calderdale and Kirklees provided by Ross Care are being invited to share their views and experience of the service.
Ross Care provide clinical assessments, posture and mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, repair and maintenance.
NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) who are responsible for planning and buying the service want to know what is working well and what could be better. They are working with Disability Partnership Calderdale, PCAN, Healthwatch Kirklees, Healthwatch Calderdale and Ross Care who have helped the ICB design a survey and online events where people can give their views. - Understand what is good and where changes can be made.
- Make sure the service is fair and gives good value.
- Help people get the support they need, when they need it.
- Make things better for everyone who uses a wheelchair or mobility equipment.
