Caroline Bradbury has retired from the District Nursing Service after a huge 38 years working within community nursing across Calderdale.

Matron, Louise Byrom, said: "Our glamourous Caroline began her career as an enrolled nurse and worked her way up to fully fledged District Nurse, and she has seen everything spin 360 degrees over the years. 

"She is one in a million and has worked with many colleagues over the years. She's also trained lots of our current workforce too!

"It's the end of an era for CHFT community."

Louise said to Caroline: "A huge thank you for all your hard work and service. You will be immensely missed by both your colleagues and patients alike.
