We’re carrying out an upgrade to the main switchboard telephone number (01484 342000) at HRI on Thursday, 13th November.

There may be a period of disruption from 20:00, as the work may take up to two hours to complete. 

Most calls will be unaffected, including crash calls, bleeps and fire. Colleagues should still be able to dial out and make internal and cross site calls during the upgrade. 

If you cannot get through to the main switchboard number by dialling '0' please dial 5736. Please only use this number for this time period.

The work is being carried to improve cyber security as the telephony server needs an upgrade.
