In 2024 we partnered with Multiverse to offer Data Academy apprenticeships to colleagues. The Academy is a collection of fully funded programs across data, digital and AI topics which offers training on a range of different levels.

Enrolment for the next cohort of Digital, Data and AI Academy is currently open until Friday, 14th November. This is a great opportunity for personal and professional development, all programs come with a nationally recognised certification.

Quest Pharmacist, Heena Mustafa, enrolled on the programme to utilise AI tools to streamline medication reviews and meeting summaries, saving approximately four hours a week. Her work also included reviewing medication prices to identify cost savings and using AI to analyse discharge medications, which has improved the discharge process.

Heena said: "The AI for Productivity Apprenticeship has helped me speed up the process of completing medication reviews for care home residents as I now use Copilot for administrative tasks. I will be carrying out a trial on using Copilot to summarise Teams meetings and how it can be utilised by Community staff on visits. This should save time spent on documentation and increase productivity. I have found it useful to complete a non-Pharmacy apprenticeship to upskill in a technical area."
