We are upgrading the software we use across all devices that has Cerner EPR installed (even if you don't use the system).
The work will begin this coming Wednesday, 12th November at 10:00 and it will take around a week to upgrade all our devices*
Whilst this work takes place, the notice (pictured) may appear on your screen, prompting you to save your work and close EPR down. Alternatively, you can defer the upgrade to a more convenient time, however the system will only allow you defer up to three times.
Once the upgrade has finished, you will receive a notification confirming the upgrade is complete.
For Single User Workstations you can re-open EPR at this point. If you are using a Kiosk you will be required to restart the machine.
This upgrade will improve stability, enhance user experience, and support future system enhancements.
