Due to issues found in the final stages of testing, the date has been amended below.

From Monday, 17th November, some CHFT hospital ordered blood tests will be available digitally via the NHS App. They will also be accessed through the email sent by Patients Know Best (PKP), which everyone who has an email address in their patient record will receive.

Once logged in to the PKB portal, there may also be test results pending. It will advise what date these will be available to view.

Then, once the results are available, they can be viewed, along with other health information in the NHS App.

All results for the tests below for April 2025 onward will be available on the NHS App and PKB portal from mid-November.

• L- Liver function test

• PSA- prostate-specific antigen
