We have new Quality Improvement Practitioner Training available, designed to empower colleagues to drive change in their area, give structure to their improvement efforts, measure and celebrate their success.
The training is delivered in two, three-hour sessions covering the six stages of a Quality Improvement (QI) project. Attendees will learn all the tools they need to run their own QI project and receive bite sized guides and templates and support in using them. The training is for anyone that works at CHFT – no previous experience or knowledge of quality improvement required just a passion to make changes in your workplace.
Lead for Quality Improvement, Charlotte Anderson, said: "QI is all about giving the people closest to the issues the time and tools to make things better so it’s really important we involve a range of staff across the organisation."
Charlotte is running monthly training sessions both via teams and face-to-face. Ad hoc sessions can be accommodated on request. She also offers a weekly drop in session on teams for any support colleagues may need – please see the intranet for dates and time of drop in sessions.
To book on a session please use the booking form: QI Training Booking Form, new dates are being added all the time. For any ad hoc sessions, or for more information, email Charlotte.Anderson3@cht.nhs.uk
