Updated policies including The Medicine Code section 7 and EPRR Policy

Here is a brief description of recent policy changes. Please make yourself aware of the changes, as they may also impact training requirements.

Policies that have been added, updated or renewed within the last 30 days are all stored on the Recent Updates page of the Policies and Documents library. So you can find these documents there or search from the homepage.

Link to GMC, Rowlands to CHS Outpatient Pharmacy. The Trust has developed standards for prescribing on EPR to support medicine safety and these can be found in the appendix.
Further guidance has been developed to support prescribers using EPR to complete the Patient Discharge Summary - can be found in section 7B of the Medicine Code.
