The Health Services Safety Investigations Body (HSSIB) have published a report which finds that NHS staff have responded positively to the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).

HSSIB heard from NHS colleagues that they value the flexibility PSIRF offers in choosing learning responses and involving patients, families, and colleagues more meaningfully.
