The Risk Register on InPhase is now ready to use. Thank you to colleagues for your patience whilst we resolved the migration issues.

There are SOPs and guides available on the intranet: Useful documents - CHFT Intranet.

Colleagues are also encouraged to join a learning session of their choice this month. In these sessions will be an in-depth demonstration of the module. The meeting links are below, which you can copy and paste into your own calendar.

If you have issues accessing InPhase, please email inphase.admin@cht.nhs.uk with the subject line ‘InPhase Risk Application Access Issue’. Please note you will only be able to access the InPhase Risk Register if you had access to the previous Risk Register module.
