  • a conversation starter on understanding how you might be feeling anxious when returning to work after a significant break following an illness or requested leave
  • awareness of how to access the EAP service provided by Care first
  • how a lack of sleep can create anxiety and what changes you can try to positively reduce the impact this has on your general wellbeing
  • tips for overcoming fear and anxiety while giving ideas on ways you may be able to manage your anxiety with day to day activities.
