We are in the process of migrating data across from the CHFT Risk Register to the InPhase Risk Register module.

The migration process is taking longer than anticipated therefore please do not make any changes to existing Risks within the InPhase Risk Register module, as updates will not be saved.

Further communication will be circulated once the data migration is complete – we anticipate this to be before Friday, 26th September. EDIT 30 September: We now expect to share an update by Friday 3 October at the latest. Thank you for your continued patience.

New Risks can be added as normal.
