Last week a lovely donation of more than 1,000 teabags from Yorkshire Tea arrived on site. Over the next few weeks you might see our Workforce and Organisational Development team out and about across CRH, HRI and Dean Clough delivering teabags and treats. It's all to help colleagues take the time out of their day to sit back with a cup of tea, and fill out the annual NHS Staff Survey, which launches later this month.

Organisational Development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, Chloe Goodwin (pictured, right) is one of the faces from the team you might bump into: "One of the things we have been hearing is that colleagues struggle to find the time to fill in the survey. We are hoping that these teabags and treats help give you a moment to be able to switch off from your busy day for 20 minutes and tell us how you feel about working at CHFT. I know that line managers are supporting colleagues to take time away to fill in the survey where possible, as what you tell us is so valuable in helping make our Trust a great place to work."

The NHS Staff Survey will launch on Monday, 29th September, and is your chance to tell us what it is like to work at CHFT. Look out for your unique survey link in your email inbox. Please note that CHS colleagues take part in a different annual staff survey.
