CHFT is taking part in a Well-Led review, where we work with Audit Yorkshire to carry out a routine independent review of how the Trust is led and managed.

As part of the review, which is based on the eight areas of the CQC framework for assessing hospitals, the reviewers would like to hear from patients, carers, and families about their experiences with CHFT services. This is not a CQC inspection, but it can provide valuable feedback to help improve how the Trust is run in the future.

If you would like to take part, two online focus groups are being held with the reviewers on: 

  • Tuesday, 30th September, 18:00 - 19:30 
  • Monday, 6th October, 11:00 -12:30
