Just some of our many wonderful Filipino colleagues at #TeamCHFT

A Filipino Festival is taking place next week on Thursday, 18th September at 13:00 in the Learning Centre at CRH.

Hosted as part of the REN network, the event will be a celebration of Filipino culture and heritage and a chance for our Filipino community at CHFT to share their traditions, flavours, music and stories.

The event will include:

  • Traditional Filipino food and delicacies
  • Music, dance, and cultural performances that bring our heritage to life
  • Stories of the Filipino journey at CHFT — past and present
  • A celebration of friendship, inclusivity, and togetherness

Clinical Educator, Honey Castillo, said: "This is more than an event — it is a moment of gratitude. Gratitude for the Filipino pioneers who came before, for the colleagues who walk beside us today, and for the CHFT family who has welcomed us with open arms.

"We look forward to welcoming you, sharing our culture, and celebrating this special day together."
