Yorkshire Energy Doctor is offering a free CPD-certified ‘heating for health’ one-hour training course to West Yorkshire colleagues on six dates in September and October. The aim is to equip attendees to be able to identify and help households whose homes may be too cold for their health and well-being, in line with the recommendations of NICE Guideline 6.
The course is aimed at people working in a health or social care setting, particularly social prescribers, link workers, health visitors, community nurses, occupational therapists, mental health workers, paid carers and anyone working in a health-related role in the VCSE sector. For dates and more information see and circulate the attached flyer and book on the Eventbrite pages.
Contact Kate Urwin, kate@yorkshireenergydoctor.org.uk if you have six or more attendees and would like to book a standalone session.
