As we look to change our postal arrangements from Monday, 1st September, last week we shared how around 72% of patients receive their letters from us digitally.
The best way to check if your contact details are correct is to check the NHS App. It means that you won't miss important information from CHFT or or other health providers like your GP.
- Open the app
- Click into your person icon (top right)
- Scroll to settings and choose Contact and login details
