The All Things Stroke website, which was curated by local stroke survivors, the voluntary sector, and healthcare professionals, supports local patients, their families and carers with resources and information relating to stroke.  

It site acts as a one-stop-shop and online directory for stroke advice, as well as support groups which can be filtered via location to show results in a user’s local community.  

The site has been designed to bring clarity, support, and a sense of empowerment to those navigating their stroke recovery. Patients fed back to the West Yorkshire Integrated Stroke Delivery Network that resources required a more person-centred approach.

Please help by promoting the new website within your department and encouraging patients to visit the site.
