Effective from Tuesday, 18th August, medications in the Drug Chart Summary will be listed in alphabetical order.

This change is designed to enhance patient safety by making it easier to find and review medications on the Drug Chart Summary. It should also make it easier to identify duplicate prescriptions.

Note: when required (PRN) medications will still be listed in a separate section.

The Drug Chart will list medications according to their next scheduled dose, with medications due to be administered soonest appearing first.

These changes will NOT apply to users that have already customised their Drug Chart Summary or Drug Chart.
