Major works start today at HRI to refresh our network.

There may be potential disruption to IT services, such as network connectivity, between 06:00 and 08:00 daily between today and Friday, 15th August.

On Tuesday, 12th August, between 06:00 and 08:00 there may be an impact (such as timing out, ability to log in etc) to the following clinical systems: NerveCentre, ICE Order Comms and Endoscopy Solus.

We do not any expect wider impact on colleagues or services. However, in the event of an unexpected issue, please follow the standard process for reporting to IT. If issues persist, please refer to your local Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).

IT Services will be coordinating the work and closely monitoring systems throughout, with third-party support services on standby to assist with any issues if required.

The refresh will continue at CRH from next Monday, 18th August.
