Our colleagues in CHS have been reviewing Click and Collect usage as part of their contract renewal process.
Due to a lack of demand and the costs involved in hiring the equipment, the CHS Catering Team have made the decision to stop Click and Collect orders from close of play on Friday, 22nd August.
Retail Manager, Lorraine Racchi, said: "We have been asking colleagues who have visited Southside Dining over the past few weeks if there was a reason they didn't use the service. The majority told us that they like to come and see what food is on offer before deciding what to buy.
"It was important we tried out the service to fit around colleagues' needs, though this time around clearly the demand isn't there."
