HRI Ward 10's Apprentice Healthcare Assistant, Michelle Cavnor is our latest Clinical Apprentice of the Month.
Senior Vocational Assessor and Widening Participation Co-ordinator, Janette Murphy said: "Michelle has demonstrated remarkable dedication to her studies by attending class every week and actively seeking support, which has helped her thrive. She is now nearing the completion of her apprenticeship.
"As a valued colleague on Ward 10, Michelle has received numerous positive comments regarding the care and compassion she provides to her patients, their relatives, and fellow team members.
"She is truly a wonderful person, both inside and out, and she exemplifies what compassionate care looks like."
Michelle said: "I’m really proud to be chosen as Apprentice of the Month for compassionate care. My apprenticeship has helped me grow so much and I’m grateful to my amazing team and assessor for their support. They’ve helped me build confidence and reminded me why I love what I do - making a difference when it matters most."
