The latest quarterly People Pulse survey is available for completion during July and the theme is We each have a voice that counts. This quarter, colleagues are being asked to share their experiences around speaking up.

We want to hear from colleagues about whether they've had something to speak up about in the past year, and their experience. The survey explores topics like wellbeing, bullying, patient care and safety, and workplace culture. It will also look at who colleagues feel able to speak up to, and what helped them, or may have got in the way.

The survey will also ask whether you know how to speak up outside of CHFT if needed, and what helps build a positive, open culture where people feel safe to use their voice.

Your feedback will help shape how we listen, respond, and improve. So please take a few minutes to share your experience – because every voice really does count.

You can share your views at: www.nhspeoplepulse.com until the end of July.
