Congratulations to Ageing Well Practitioner, Mike Stamp, who came second in the Hyrox Adaptive World Championships held in Chicago earlier this month.

Following his podium finish, Mike said: "I am still in shock and disbelief that I was fortunate enough to be involved in such an amazing experience and hope to be able to do this again. The podium finish was the cherry on the top.

"Having overcome jetlag and making sure my nutrition and hydration was on point for five days before the race, I am over the moon with what I have achieved, and again showing what the human body is capable of despite multiple obstacles.

"It’s fair to say I want to go again in Stockholm, Sweden in 2026!"
