Please make sure that wipes are not left in patient bathrooms and toilets, including those in ward areas.

Wipes are being flushed down toilets and causing serious blockages, causing incidents which have had a significant impact on patients in our hospitals. 

Only toilet paper should be flushed. Thank you.
