Colleagues registered with Agiito (previously Capita) for travel bookings may have received emails from ClarityGo, which is the new brand and name for Agiito.
Existing profiles of colleagues who were registered with Agiito have been loaded into their system, and there a few steps to setting up your new account.
How to set up your account in ClarityGo
- Login with the new URL on the email you have received https://crown.claritygo.travel
- Click on the ‘Reset’ button next to ‘Forgot password?’
- Enter your work email address in the email field and click the reset password button
- When the reset password email is received, click on the ‘Reset password’ button. Note: This reset link is only valid for 24 hours. If link has expired, repeat the steps outlined above
- You will then be directed to ClarityGo to reset your password
Existing bookings are not affected, and everything should be seamless. Colleagues can use the live chat feature on ClarityGo if they need help.
