Last week we shared the brilliant news that a recent internal audit of our Freedom to Speak Up process had received a high assurance rating.

To be able to make further improvements, a short anonymous survey has been created to help better understand how colleagues speak up to raise concerns at CHFT, and if there is more we can do.

The information colleagues tell us will help create a culture where we all feel safe, confident and supported to raise and report our concerns, free from any kind of bullying or harassment.

The survey should take between one and five minutes to complete and will close on Monday, 7th July 2025. Questionnaire - Speaking Up at CHFT
