Our AHP Workforce and Education Team are running two AHP Support Worker engagement events alongside our colleagues at the West Yorkshire AHP Faculty to share resources and opportunities with staff related to their personal and professional development. These events will also allow staff to share any of the current challenges they face as part of the support workforce, which will be taken back to the regional team to create future actions across the whole of West Yorkshire.
Both events will consist of a drop in session and a walk round of AHP departments at CHFT. The team are aiming to reach as many corners of CHFT as possible, however if you'd like to arrange a walk round specifically of your area, please contact kirsty.blackburn@cht.nhs.uk or arley.byrne@cht.nhs.uk
