Last week more than 30 CHFT and Mid Yorkshire Hospitals colleagues came together at Acre Mills, HRI, for the launch of a new joint operational development programme.
The session was an opportunity for operational teams to get to know each other, learn, share successes and issues. The idea is to create a place where operational managers feel seen, heard and valued and have their own professional identity.
Our Head of Planned Access, Kimberley Scholes, said: "This was the second session we've held and it was a resounding success, with enthusiastic participation and valuable insights shared by all attendees.
"CHFT is committed to fostering a culture of growth and excellence, and these development sessions are a testament to that commitment. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making the launch a success. The positive feedback and energy have set a promising tone for the upcoming sessions."
The next session will be hosted at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals.
