Please ensure that when you're storing Desmit Biocon Bladder scanners, that you're doing so carefully and correctly. Some guidance is below:

• The gel needs to be placed in the left holder
• The probe needs to be placed the right holder
• Ensure the probe is facing the right way when placed in the holder - the wire needs to be pointing down

There have been a few incidents recently where the equipment hasn't been stored properly. This has led to expensive repairs being needed.
