The Work Together Get Results sessions are personal development sessions hosted by our Workforce and Organisation Development Team.
The sessions are aimed at supporting colleagues to co-create the change they want to see, to improve colleague and patient experience. It’s a collection of 16 tools which enable colleagues to lead transformational change and be a more engaged leader.
The two-day, face-to-face workshop provides tools that, when understood and consistently applied, have the capacity to transform the way we work. The sessions are most suited for colleagues who have management responsibilities.
