**To qualify to receive £30 in M&S vouchers you must give the relevant completed application form, in person, to the Sovereign Health Care representative on the day they visit your place of work. If the new customer is introduced by an existing Sovereign customer on the day of the visit, £30 in M&S vouchers will also be sent to the existing customer subject to their policy number being quoted by the new customer at the point of application and the application being accepted. Any application forms submitted to Sovereign Health Care after the day of the visit and before 31 July 2025 will receive £25 in M&S vouchers, including online applications. To qualify for the voucher offer, you must remain a customer beyond the 14 day cooling off period.
