Sovereign Health Care plans can help with the costs of some health expenses

Sovereign Health Care will be back at CHFT this month to provide more information on their Good All Round healthcare plan. They will be coming on the following dates:

  • HRI: Monday, 14th April, 11:00 to 14:00 - sub-basement, by the restaurant       
  • CRH: Thursday, 17th April, 09:00 to 14:00 - corridor by the restaurant                             
  • HRI: Monday, 28th April, 11:00 to 14:00 - sub-basement, by the restaurant

Starting from £2.28 a week, Good All Round gives you money back on a range of health costs including dental check-ups and treatment, glasses, contact lenses, prescription charges and more.*

CHFT colleagues are eligible for the following offers when they join and pay by payroll deduction:

  • No maximum joining age limit for you and any family members you pay to cover

**To qualify to receive £25 in M&S vouchers you must give the relevant completed application form, in person, to the Sovereign Health Care representative on the day they visit your place of work. If the new customer is introduced by an existing Sovereign customer on the day of the visit, £25 in M&S vouchers will also be sent to the existing customer subject to their policy number being quoted by the new customer at the point of application and the application being accepted. Any application forms submitted to Sovereign Health Care after the day of the visit will receive £20 in M&S vouchers, including online applications. To qualify for the voucher offer, you must remain a customer beyond the 14 day cooling off period. Vouchers will be sent by post within 8 weeks of the application being accepted subject to payment of the first monthly premium.
