#KeepCarersCaring needs you!
The launch of our Keep Carers Caring campaign, which includes John’s Campaign, has been a massive success thanks to all the work of colleagues at CHFT.
Because of these efforts, a total of 270 unpaid carers have been identified within the first three months - a fantastic achievement.
Through our quality calls (all 90 hours of them) we know carers feel more involved in decision making, as well as supported and valued here at CHFT.
But the hard work continues and Quality Improvement Manager, Nicola Greaves, is looking for colleagues and volunteers to help keep the momentum going.
From updating #KeepCarersCaring displays, educating colleagues in your work area or simply sharing ideas amongst colleagues as to how we can do more to help, there is still so much we can accomplish.
Regardless of your role, length of time at CHFT or where you work, we can all work together to make a difference.
If you have a passion for driving positive improvements, and would like to join our #KeepCarersCaring Action Group, who meet monthly, please get in touch using the form below.
