There has been a recent addition in EPR to the templates used in documentation.
Colleagues will mainly select the templates when creating their documentation using Clinician Workflow. They may be used to selecting the Clerking Note template from the top of the list.
With the recent addition, the Clerking Note template is no longer top of the list. Please check you are selecting the right template for your needs.
Colleagues are advised to set favourites as per EPR SOP CHBCCD066 - Setting dynamic documentation templates as favourites for ease of use.pdf (cht.nhs.uk)
