Today, Word360 replaces The Big Word and Topp Language Solution as our supplier providing written and spoken interpreting services, and British Sign Language support for our d/Deaf patients.
Lead Practitioner for Bowel Cancer Screening, Lydia Nhavira, was the first colleague at CHFT to register with Word360. She found the process simple and was able to talk her team through it last week at their meeting.
Lydia said: “We carry out lots of clinics in the community and use interpreting services frequently, so it was important to understand more about the process for Word360. I wanted to get an understanding of how easy it is to register, how to use the services and other information to share with the team.
“It was easy and straight forward, and I got the confirmation email the following day. I feel confident that we’ll be up and running with Word360 in no time.”
