If you need to request their services, you can register and book ahead. If you need any services up to Sunday, 2nd March you should continue to use our current suppliers. Existing bookings already made with The Big Word or Topp Language Solution will be honoured up to and including 31st March 2025.

What services will Word360 provide? 

Word360 will offer the following services, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year:

  • Face-to-face interpreting
  • Telephone interpreting
  • Video interpreting
  • Document translation
  • British Sign Language support
  • Braille, large print and other alternate formats

You must register for an account to use these new services

To access Word360 services, you must register for a user account. All the information you need to register is on the intranet page. This includes a list of department codes linked to cost centres. You will need to supply your access code for emergency bookings (known as On Demand services by Word360).

Training, guidance and Q&A webinars

Word360 have created a dedicated CHFT webpage which hosts a suite of information about the services we have access to, along with training videos, downloadable user guides, materials and FAQ’s.

Is there a cut-off time to book with our existing supplier/s and will my existing bookings be honoured?

  • Please book with our existing suppliers up to and including Sunday 2 March.
  • For bookings on or after Monday 3 March, please use Word360
  • Existing bookings already made with The Big Word or Topp Language Solution will be honoured up to and including 31st March 2025
