We are now offering places on our Empower Programme: Next Move Ready. Empower is an inclusive personal development programme that empowers colleagues to develop their skills, knowledge, confidence, and autonomy. This Empower programme is specifically aimed at people who are looking to progress into a new role in the next 12 months.

• Insights - Getting to know yourself
• Importance of Connections - Networking
• Employability – Application Forms and Interviews
• Harnessing your strength through your Diversity

Organisational Development Lead, James Teal, said: "We hear from colleagues that they want to progress, and they ask us how we can help. There are tools in Empower that are really useful for progression, so it made absolute sense to create a module to support our colleagues with their personal development."

Each colleague is connected to a mentor and assigned a challenge and support group who will assist them on their journey to achieve their developmental/career goal.
