InPhase, the new Learn from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) compliant incident reporting and management system is now live and has replaced Datix.
Initially the modules that colleagues will have access to mirror those in Datix, so colleagues will see Incidents, Complaints, Central Alerting System (CAS) Alerts and Legal modules.
How do I access InPhase?
- Click on the new InPhase icon, pictured left, in the non-clinical apps folder on the desktop
- You can also continue to log incidents from the left-hand side of the intranet homepage, under Quick Links
- If you have an existing shortcut to Datix saved to your own PC, please be aware that the link won’t work, and you’ll need to save the InPhase link instead
I am getting an error message when clicking the link to InPhase
- There is no need to login to create an incident. You only need to log in if you need more than incident reporting. If you encounter a log in screen and you only need to report an incident, please click the Single sign on Login box under the logo (see the image below as an example)
- If you do need to log in and get an error message that says: No InPhase user associated with ‘Username@cht.nhs.uk in red above the Single sign on Login button (see the second image below), please email InPhase.admin@cht.nhs.uk with the subject heading “Single Sign On Issue”.
Bespoke training and more information
We have created a new intranet page, with information and bespoke training. It is accessible from the non-clinical information page, or just search InPhase.
Migrated legacy data
A final migration of data from Datix to InPhase will continue to run over the next few hours. This may mean some records may not be available until the migration has been completed.
Queries during the go-live period
If you have any queries, please email InPhase.admin@cht.nhs.uk bearing in mind that the team may not be able to respond to non-urgent requests immediately.
