On Monday, 3rd March we will be switching to a new provider for our written and spoken interpreting services, and British Sign Language support for our d/Deaf patients.
Our Procurement Team have selected through their procurement process a company called Word360, who already provide these services to other NHS trusts and public sector organisations.
More detailed communications will follow ahead of the switchover. In the meantime, our Procurement Team are asking colleagues who have used the current services to complete a short survey by Monday, 17th February. They want to be sure they capture any feedback as they work towards the move to our new supplier Word360.
